My name is Eva, I am happy you found me!

My greatest strength are creative sequences that just make sense. As an avid student of anatomy, biomechanics and neurology my sequences are functional movement based and help you gain more freedom to move – on and off the mat.

I pay special attention to precise cueing to get you to feel and activate parts of your body you forgot existed. Strengthening your mind muscle connections is not just great for overall coordination and balance in your body, the process is also so focused that you can be sure to get out of your mind and into your body during the class. My goal is to spread your awareness into every cell and to make you feel fantastic from the inside out with the help of deliberate movement and breath. With regular practice, you will playfully gain strength and range of motion.

My own yoga journey began when I was 15. In the beginning, I primarily viewed it as a way to support my dance training and get stronger and more flexible, but soon it became more than just a physical practice. It helped me feel more at home in my body and more calm in my mind.

It continued to help me during my time studying law in Germany, France and England. My yoga practice helped me stay sane and helped my body stay supple and healthy through the years of thick books and stressful exams. I have since put my law path on ice to focus fully on more creative things – namely acting and filmmaking.

I started teaching during my uni years when I lead classes for my equally stressed classmates. I later did my “Aligned Flow” teacher training in Tulum Mexico in 2019 and have been teaching private and group classes since.
