Office yoga

Yoga can help reduce stress, increase focus and reverse the negative effects of sitting at a desk for extended periods of time. If you are concerned with the health and wellbeing of your employees, would like to help increase relaxation and productivity as well as prevent bodily strains, you should consider business yoga for your employees.

You can choose the number of participants, the time and the place for your company yoga sessions. We can practice in your work space, or I can arrange for a studio space near you. I also offer online business yoga, which can be a great option, especially for those working from home. I am available for weekly sessions or special events.
